Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience in logistics/transportation operations support.
• Experience in account or vendor management within logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high service levels.
• Strong written communication via Chime, Slack, email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-border freight movement and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate drayage operations including short-haul trucking.
• Monitor load visibility using Excel and portals.
• Manage disruptions within transportation portals.
• Run reports to analyze delays and performance.
• Track containers and escalate issues.
• Provide updates on events and impacts.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on container data and trends.
• Use Excel for data tracking and pivot tables.
• Communicate via Chime, Slack, email and bridge calls.
• Manage an assigned book of business and loads.
• Move containers using data to improve efficiency.
• Drive root-cause analysis and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors.
