Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Corporate Claims Manager to oversee the lifecycle of property, liability, auto liability, and workers’ compensation claims across the United States and Canada.

You will lead investigations, manage TPAs, and coordinate with legal counsel to minimize cost and exposure. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Risk and requires collaboration with executives, safety teams, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Multi-jurisdictional claims management experience across US & Canada is required.
• Strong analytical, negotiating, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to interact with executive leadership and legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Workers’ Compensation claims across the United States and Canada.
• Oversee TPAs, reserve changes, and claim payments with accuracy.
• Provide settlement guidance aligned with risk management strategies.
• Communicate claim finance impact to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with insurers, actuaries, and risk partners on large losses.
• Prepare quarterly litigation reports and support safety initiatives.
