Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. seeks a proven self-starter with agricultural aptitude to build strong business relationships and drive agronomy inputs across a customer's acre.

The role focuses on recommending products and services in precision farming, seed, plant food, and crop protection, including custom application services. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in agriculture or equivalent experience, 3+ years in agriculture, excellent communication, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in agriculture or related internship/on-farm work.
• Strong basic understanding of agronomy.
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing others.
• Experience demonstrating problem solving and solutions-based attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build fast, strong business relationships with customers.
• Recommend products and services related to agronomy inputs across the customer's acre.
• Focus on Precision farming, seed, plant food, plant protection, crop protection, and custom application services.
• Contribute to growth by training and developing customers on offered solutions.
