Job summary

FS System in Illinois is seeking a Crop Specialist to drive profitable sales and provide agronomic products and services in the South Central region. This role requires direct sales to new and existing customers, cold calling, and the ability to analyze competitive markets.

The ideal candidate will have a College Degree, strong sales abilities, and a commitment to excellent customer service. A Class A C.D.L. license is necessary for the role, along with the ability to work in diverse weather conditions and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a College Degree and strong understanding of on-farm production practices.
• Must obtain a Class A C.D.L. license with relevant endorsements.
• Must pass D.O.T. physical and drug test as required.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls on prospective customers in assigned territory.
• Promote agonomic products and provide customer service.
• Drive profitability sales growth and ensure credit worthiness of customers.
