Job summary

AGRILAND FS in Iowa is seeking a self-starter with strong agronomy aptitude to join our Crop Input Sales team. You will recommend products and services across a customer's acre, focusing on precision farming, seed, plant food, protection, and related services.

You will build fast, lasting business relationships, influence decisions, and help customers solve agronomy challenges. We offer training, competitive benefits, a company vehicle, and solid retirement options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in agriculture with internship or on-farm work experience.
• Strong understanding of agronomy and crop inputs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell agronomy inputs and services to farmers.
• Advise on precision farming, seed, plant food, and plant protection.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with service team for custom application services.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience
