Job summary

AGRILAND FS in Iowa is seeking a proactive sales professional to advise customers on agronomy inputs across their acre, including precision farming, seed, plant food and protection products.

You will build quick, lasting relationships with growers, helping them choose solutions, and contributing to growth through excellent communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in agriculture, preferably job-related internship or on farm work experience.
• Strong basic understanding of agronomy.
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing others.
• Experience demonstrating problem solving and solutions based attitude.
