Job summary

AGRILAND FS in Albany, MO is looking for a person with a passion for farm gate agriculture to sell and advise on agronomy inputs. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, you will combine work ethic with training to impact a producer's entire acre.

You will market agronomy products, resolve problems, and use tools like Precision Farming and Crop Scouting to strengthen relationships. The role includes excellent training, benefits, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture related industry.
• Strong agricultural aptitude with on-the-job learning to become an expert.
• Experience influencing others in leadership or sales relationships.
• Strong business skills: collaboration, communication, dedicated customer focus, and sound decision-making.
• Willingness to work hours beyond normal to meet customer needs.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of a two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture related industry
• Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
• Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship
• Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
• Experience working hours beyond normal to meet and exceed the needs of a customer
