Job summary

Titan Pro Sci Inc. is seeking a Crop Protection Warehouse Technician to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You will perform receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of crop protection products with a PDCA mindset aligned to Lean and EOS practices.

Required are a high school diploma and 2 years of warehouse experience; licenses for pesticide handling and CDL endorsements are valued. Team-based collaboration and safety emphasis guide daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Pesticide Handlers License is required.
• Ability to obtain a CDL with endorsements is preferred.
• Strong safety, quality, and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, store, pump, package, and ship crop protection products.
• Verify tanker deliveries, paperwork accuracy, and tank levels.
• Accurately fill, inspect, and label totes in compliance with EPA, DOT, and company standards.
• Complete pick tickets and verify orders for accuracy, quality, and proper staging.
• Assist with loading, securement, and material handling using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Process product and supplier returns per SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Perform daily inventory counts and support discrepancy resolution.
• Contribute to warehouse organization, space optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
