Job summary

Titan Pro is seeking a highly motivated Seed Warehouse Technician to join the seed team of driven individuals. Responsibilities include packaging seeds, ensuring quality control, and supporting shipping operations.

You will receive training, work in a team-focused environment, and contribute to continuous improvement while helping to maintain a safe and efficient warehouse. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate a forklift per OSHA standards.
• Class A CDL or ability to obtain is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, organizing, and storing inventory, preparing items for shipment, loading trailers, unloading new deliveries, and assisting with customer pick-ups
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organized warehouse
• Tracking and reporting data
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborating with the Seed Warehouse team to ensure quality product is packaged and shipped
• Seed Packaging
• Test Plot Preparation

Duties

• Receiving, organizing, and storing inventory, transferring products, preparing items for shipment, loading trailers, unloading new deliveries, and assisting with customer pick-ups
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organized warehouse
• Tracking and reporting data
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Lifting and /or moving up to 70 lbs. both assisted and unassisted
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely per OSHA standards
• Class A CDL or ability to obtain is a plus, but not required
