Job summary

Titan Pro Sci Inc. is seeking a Crop Protection Warehouse Technician to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. This role drives PDCA-minded improvements aligned with EOS and Lean principles to enhance daily execution and value-stream performance.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, pumping, labeling totes, processing orders, and inventory checks, while maintaining safety and compliance with EPA/DOT standards. A team-based, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Pesticide Handlers License (required).
• Ability to obtain a CDL with appropriate endorsements (preferred).
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and process discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, high-performance environment.
• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft and/or Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, store, pump, package, and ship crop protection products.
• Verify tanker deliveries, paperwork accuracy, and tank levels.
• Accurately fill, inspect, and label totes in compliance with EPA, DOT, and company standards.
• Complete pick tickets and verify orders for accuracy, quality, and proper staging.
• Assist with loading, securement, and material handling using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Process product and supplier returns per SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Perform daily inventory counts and support discrepancy resolution.
• Contribute to warehouse organization, space optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
