Job summary

Titan Pro is seeking a motivated Seed Warehouse Technician to join our seed team. You will collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure quality product is packaged and shipped, perform seed packaging, and assist with test plot preparation. The role requires lifting, forklift operation, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience is a plus.
• Forklift operation per OSHA standards; CDL-A a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and store inventory; prepare items for shipment.
• Package seeds for distribution and assist with test plot preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and report data for continuous improvement.

Position Overview

Titan Pro is seeking a highly motivated Seed Warehouse Technician. By representing Titan Pro, you have the opportunity to join the seed team of passionate, focused, and driven individuals. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the Seed Warehouse team to ensure quality product is packaged and shipped
• Seed Packaging
• Test Plot Preparation

Duties

• Receiving, organizing, and storing inventory, transferring products, preparing items for shipment, loading trailers, unloading new deliveries, and assisting with customer pick-ups
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organized warehouse
• Tracking and reporting dataEngaging in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Lifting and /or moving up to 70 lbs. both assisted and unassisted
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely per OSHA standards
• Class A CDL or ability to obtain is a plus, but not required
