Job summary

Titan Pro is hiring a Crop Protection Warehouse Technician to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. This role embraces a PDCA mindset aligned with EOS and Lean principles to drive continuous improvement.

Key duties include receiving, storing, pumping, packaging, and shipping crop protection products, verifying deliveries and paperwork, and ensuring EPA/DOT compliance. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Pesticide Handlers License required.
• CDL with endorsements preferred.
• Strong safety, quality, and process discipline.
• Team-based, high-performance collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Applications.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, store, pump, package, and ship crop protection products.
• Verify tanker deliveries, paperwork accuracy, and tank levels.
• Accurately fill, inspect, and label totes to EPA/DOT/company standards.
• Complete pick tickets and verify orders for accuracy, quality, and staging.
• Assist with loading, securement, and material handling using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Process product and supplier returns per SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Perform daily inventory counts and support discrepancy resolution.
• Contribute to warehouse organization, space optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
