Job summary

Titan Pro is seeking a highly motivated Seed Warehouse Technician to join our team in Iowa. You will collaborate with the Seed Warehouse team to ensure quality product is packaged and shipped, manage seed packaging, and assist with test plot preparation.

You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, operate a forklift safely per OSHA standards, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Experience is welcome but not required; we value reliability and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely per OSHA standards.
• Class A CDL or ability to obtain is a plus, but not required.
• Experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, organizing, and storing inventory, transferring products, preparing items for shipment, loading trailers, unloading new deliveries, and assisting with customer pick-ups.
• Maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organized warehouse.
• Tracking and reporting data.
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with the Seed Warehouse team to ensure quality product is packaged and shipped.
