GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Leader to support the Crop Protection marketing plans, educate customers on generic and proprietary offerings, and coordinate with FS Members on private label products and adjuvants.

The role includes training around Crop Protection tools at retail level while driving growth and profitability. You will work to implement long-term and annual marketing plans, contribute to sales and gross margin projections, and strengthen vendor relationships.

Formación

• College degree in business or marketing with 3+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and budgets.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a United States Passport.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing and implementing Crop Protection marketing plans/strategies and communicating the branded, generic and specialty product message across all territories.
• Promote Crop Protection products and services in line with business plans.
• Develop and communicate inputs for annual sales and gross margin projections.
• Maintain relationships with FS Members and vendors; communicate pricing to support company profit standards.
• Initiate sales calls with FS Members to promote crop protection brands.
