Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a skilled Crop Protection marketing professional to help implement and communicate strategic marketing plans, educate customers on generic offerings, and coordinate private label offerings with FS Members across territories.

The role requires a college degree in business or marketing, at least three years of marketing leadership experience, travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a United States passport.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in business or marketing and 3+ years of marketing leadership experience.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to travel independently and overnight as needed.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a United States Passport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Crop Protection’s long-term and annual marketing plans/strategies and communicate the overall crop protection branded, generic and specialty product message across territories.
• Promote Crop Protection products and services in line with business plans.
• Develop and implement marketing inputs into annual sales and gross margin projections.
• Develop and communicate generic crop protection product offerings and proprietary adjuvant brand.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with FS Members and understand their needs and strategic direction.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and communicate pricing to support company profit standards.
