Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a marketing professional to support Crop Protection plans, educate customers on offerings, and coordinate private label products with FS Members.

You will train retail staff, support annual and long-range sales and gross margin projections, and help position Crop Protection brands through vendor collaborations and field engagements across assigned territories. Travel and training commitments are required to support customers and FS Members as part of our field-based

Qualifications

• Normally requires a college degree in business, marketing, or the equivalent thereof, and 3 years or more of marketing leadership experience.
• Ability to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans, budgets, and communications.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing Crop Protection’s marketing plans and strategies.
• Communicate generic and proprietary Crop Protection products and adjuvants across territories.
• Support annual sales and gross margin projections and communicate pricing aligned with profit standards.
• Develop and communicate crop protection offerings and private label branding.
• Initiate sales calls with FS Members and build relationships to promote brands.
