Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit is seeking an Insurance Agent I–III to join the Washington Lending and Insurance team in Spokane, WA. The role focuses on marketing and selling insurance products to customers, growing the portfolio, and maintaining licenses.

Occasional travel up to 50% is required to serve customers and prospects across the territory. Compensation includes base salary with incentives and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships through effective networking.
• Market and sell insurance products to customers in office and off-site settings.
• Understand crop insurance processes and explain rates and terms clearly.
• Maintain licenses through continuing education and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities
