Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent agricultural experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying field conditions and seasonal schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with growers and ranchers across the territory.
• Recommend crop nutrition, crop protection, seed, specialty, and technology solutions.
• Conduct sales calls and provide agronomic recommendations.
• Support growers throughout the growing season by monitoring crop performance and identifying opportunities to improve yields and profitability.
• Manage customer records and collaborate with operational teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Develop the skills and knowledge needed to transition into a full Crop Advisor role.
