Job summary

speakit seeks a Croatian-speaking support specialist to assist Greece-based accommodation partners. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information using the proper tools and processes.

The role offers relocation support, private medical insurance, and 25 days of annual leave, with an 8-month contract and meal vouchers. Eligible applicants should be EU citizens or have a valid Greece work permit; on-site or remote work is possible, with a competitive

• Near-native or native level of Croatian language with strong English language skills.
• Experience in customer support or service industry would be a plus.
• Confident and engaging phone manner, with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving personal and team objectives.

• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience
