Job summary

8:00 AM is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer and the Revenue Organization in a hybrid Austin environment. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and support sales and marketing initiatives with the Engagement team.

The role emphasizes discretion, confidentiality, and the use of AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity across administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex calendars and travel logistics.
• Experience supporting revenue organizations or sales leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the CRO with high-level administrative tasks and confidential information.
• Manage dynamic CRO calendar and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate research, meetings, events, and cross-functional communications.
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams with onsite events and travel.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items.
