Pbpservices at Midway International Airport in Chicago is seeking a Dispatcher to support technicians and multiple supervisors from Wednesday through Sunday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm. You will dispatch jobs and provide essential administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.

We are looking for an employee to join our team at Midway International Airport as a Dispatcher to work Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. As an important part of our team, you will be dispatching jobs to technicians as well as providing administrative and office support to multiple supervisors.

Basic duties include (but not limited):

• -Answering incoming phone calls and direct to, or dispatch, the appropriate personnel.
• Write basic letters, memos, and correspondence.
• -Create and/or modify management reports.
• -Data Entry

Requirements:

• -Must be proficient with computers and software packages such as MS Office
• -Great communication skills
• -Customer service skills
• -Ability to multi-task and problem solve

Hours & Compensation:

Paid job training to start as soon as possible.

Over a two- to three-week period, employees are required to attend three weekday sessions and two weekend sessions each week covering different shifts.

Training must include exposure to all work shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), with the employee completing at least one training session on each shift.

Training will be modified around the candidate's schedule as much as possible.
