Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia; CRNA NBCRNA certification required
  • 3+ years nurse anesthesiology experience; 1+ year of clinical leadership preferred
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and manage scheduling and operations

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and clinical direction of multiple CRNA teams and entity-wide functions
  • Engage in entity-wide strategic planning and major initiatives related to CRNAs
  • Develop operational and strategic plans for departments regarding CRNA scheduling
  • Ensure CRNAs comply with departmental, hospital, and medical staff policies
  • Oversee staffing and scheduling of CRNAs
  • Monitor patient experience and patient flow and drive improvement
  • Lead continuing education plans for CRNAs
  • Develop and evaluate quality and safety outcomes in collaboration with quality teams
  • Serve as a communication hub between CRNAs and other medical staff
