Advocate Health's Quaker Lane location in High Point, NC is seeking a CRNA (PRN) for an outpatient GI clinic. Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with competitive hourly compensation and flexible PRN scheduling.

As part of a large integrated health system, you will deliver anesthesia, mentor Student Nurse Anesthetists, collaborate with the care team, maintain records, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives while providing compassionate patient care.

Formación

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
• National Board certification as a CRNA.
• Current North Carolina CRNA licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide anesthesia using safe, high-quality techniques during procedures.
• Precept and mentor Student Nurse Anesthetists when possible.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure peri-operative and anesthesia care.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards and ensure confidentiality.
• Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to ongoing professional development.

Educación

Current North Carolina RN license

Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia

What You’ll Do:

As a valued member of our healthcare team, the CRNA will play a key role in team-focused patient care, providing anesthesia using safe and quality techniques during procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Potential for and encouraged to precept Student Nurse Anesthetists - opportunity to mentor and assess these medical students.

• Uses medical decision-making skills to determine appropriate patient care plan to ensure peri-operative and anesthesia care, being sensitive to co-morbidities and age & developmental guidelines.

• Collaborates with medical team when needed for effective team-based care; Uphold patient safety, drive quality improvement, and promote infection prevention within job responsibilities and initiatives.

• Document and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital standards, ensuring confidentiality.

• Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality to deliver timely patient care.

• Exhibit professionalism through teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to ongoing professional development

• Contribute to cost containment efforts by conserving resources.

The clinician functions under the regulatory mandate from their respective licensing organization (North Carolina Medical Board or North Carolina Board of Nursing) with departmental specific credentialing from the institution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Current North Carolina RN license

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia

• National Board certification as a CRNA

• Current North Carolina CRNA licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
