Sanford Health, Marshfield Medical Center – Park Falls and MMC – Minocqua, seeks a full-time CRNA to join a growing anesthesia team. 1,720 hours/year with $200 per hour for any additional hours. Sign-on bonus or student loan assistance up to $100,000 based on commitment.

24-hour beeper call with 1:4 call is required. Responsibilities include administering anesthesia, pre‑anesthetic planning, teamwork with providers, and patient communication.

Qualifications

• BSN required from an approved program.
• Masters/DNP/PhD preferred for advanced practice.
• Must hold current CRNA licensure in state of practice.
• NBCRNA certification required and maintained.

Responsabilités

• Administers anesthesia and monitors patients undergoing surgical/non-surgical procedures.
• Develops pre-anesthetic plan and writes orders as appropriate.
• Collaborates with care team and communicates with patients and families.
• Evaluates diagnostic tests and monitors hemodynamics during anesthesia.

Formation

Bachelor of Science degree (BSN) required

Master's degree / DNP / PhD preferred

CRNA licensure (state) required

NBCRNA certification

Outils

ACLS certification preferred
