Sanford Health, Marshfield Medical Center - Eau Claire is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role includes 1,720 hours per year, with $200/hour for any additional hours and potential sign-on or student loan assistance up to $100,000 based on commitment.

The CRNA will administer anesthesia, develop perioperative plans, and collaborate with the care team while monitoring patients and supporting diverse patient populations.

Qualificações

• BSN or Bachelor of Science degree from an approved advanced practice program.
• Current unencumbered CRNA licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• CRNA certification required and maintained through NBCRNA.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administers anesthesia or sedation to patients undergoing a variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Develops and conducts the pre-anesthetic plan for the patient and writes orders before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborates with care providers and communicates with patients, families and the health care team.
• Monitors patients intraoperatively, including hemodynamic monitoring, and adjusts the anesthesia plan as needed.
• Consider growth and development needs of all client populations.

Formação académica

Bachelor of Science degree

Masters degree, DNP or PhD preferred
