Job summary

Sanford Health's Marshfield Medical Center - Weston seeks a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a new anesthesia team in Wisconsin. The role involves administering anesthesia, developing pre-anesthetic plans, and coordinating care with surgical and nursing staff.

You will monitor patients during procedures, handle hemodynamic monitoring, and address growth and development needs of all patient populations. BSN and CRNA licensure required; NBCRNA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required from an approved program in advanced practice.
• Masters degree, DNP, or Ph.D. preferred.
• Current unencumbered CRNA licensure in state of practice.
• CRNA certification via NBCRNA required and maintained.
• Maintains department-specific competencies and certifications.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Privileging/credentialing requirements may supersede this description.

Responsibilities

• Administers anesthesia or sedation for surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Develops pre-anesthetic plans and writes orders before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborates with care providers and health-care team.
• Monitors patients and adjusts anesthesia plan based on hemodynamic data.
• Addresses growth and development needs of all patient populations.
