Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to administer, monitor, and adjust anesthesia for patients of all ages during surgeries and procedures. Limited to select locations based on workplace dynamics.

The CRNA will interpret pre-anesthetic evaluations, perform inductions, manage airways, monitor life support, and document the anesthesia record in a collaborative anesthesia team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and CRNA licensure is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in anesthesia.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Interprets pre-anesthetic evaluation and lab data.
• Induces and maintains general anesthesia per departmental guidelines.
• Monitors life support and ensures safe patient care during anesthesia.
• Performs regional anesthesia and manages airway as needed.
• Documents perioperative care and anesthesia records.
