Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to administer, monitor, and adjust anesthesia for a broad patient population from neonatal to geriatric across surgical procedures. The CRNA will interpret pre-anesthetic evaluations, participate in perioperative care, and support the anesthesia team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• CRNA certification/licensure in good standing
• Less than 1 year of experience in CRNA practice (preferred)

• Induces and maintains general anesthesia per guidelines.
• Selects and administers anesthetic techniques and adjunct medications.
• Performs regional anesthesia and manages complications.
• Monitors life support functions and maintains patient safety from induction to recovery.
