OSF HealthCare is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to perform preoperative assessments, prepare resources, and monitor patients under anesthesia in a collaborative team with anesthesiologists.
The role offers an hourly rate of $145.82 and salaried status, with shifts of 10, 12, or 24 hours across a 40-hour week. Illinois community within 90 minutes of Chicagoland, with opportunities to serve Ottawa, Mendota, and Princeton IL.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist completes preoperative patient assessments and prepares and maintains necessary tools and resources for procedures. Responsible for evaluation of anesthetic agents used for patients before, during, and after procedures. Actively observe and assess patients throughout the course of procedures and ensures safe patient emergence from anesthetic. Performs supplemental anesthesia duties in situations as needed and directed by anesthesiologist.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing OR Accredited School of Anesthesia Experience: 1 year experience as a staff nurse License/Certfications: APN-Advanced Practice RN BLS from American Heart Association ACLS from American Heart Association Certification by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists OR accredited CRNA program PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of experience as a staff nurse
