Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is hiring CRNAs to perform anesthesia services across our facilities, with sign-on bonuses up to $100,000 contingent on a 4-year commitment and new compensation packages at the 90th percentile based on national survey data.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsibilities

• Assists with collecting, reviewing, and evaluating patient data related to medical history and planned procedure.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic response to anesthesia to ensure patient safety.
• Completes required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative anesthesia record, transfer-of-care note.
