Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• ACCAO or predecessor accreditation required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with data review of patient history and planned procedure.
• Maintains a safe environment and responds to emergencies.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safety standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluids, and physiologic responses.
• Completes required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-op assessment, intra-op record).
• Logs incident reporting in Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor
