Qualifications

• CRNA must be a graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Strong clinical data review and patient history interpretation are required.
• Ability to maintain airway management and monitor anesthesia depth.

Responsibilities

• Delineate clinical responsibilities within privileges.
• Collect, review, and evaluate patient medical history related to planned procedures.
• Maintain safe environment and respond to emergencies and hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, anesthesia depth, fluids status, and physiologic response for patient safety.
• complete required documentation (surgical safety checklist, pre-op assessment, intra-op anesthetic record, transfer-of-care note).
• Document incidents in Safety Portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
