Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia care within our established perioperative services. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate data review, and collaboration with the anesthesia team to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor.

Responsabilités

• Provides anesthesia care under established privileges and supports patient safety across the perioperative period.
• Reviews patient history and planned procedure data to guide anesthesia plan.
• Maintains safe operating room environment and responds to emergencies.
• Prepares and administers medications and fluids per safe practice standards.
• Monitors airway, anesthesia depth, fluid balance and physiologic responses; documents accordingly.
• Completes required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessments, intra-operative record, transfer-of-care notes.
• Records incidents in the Safety Portal and participates in quality improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
