Job summary

Avera St. Mary's Hospital is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our anesthesia team. The role includes pre-operative assessments, planning and delivering anesthesia, airway management, and post-operative care, with opportunities to mentor anesthesia students.

Qualifications

• Requires CRNA with RN license and NBCRNA certification.
• Active state licenses required upon hire.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative anesthesia assessments.
• Establish and monitor anesthesia plan and airway.
• Establish venous access and monitor patient during procedure.
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up for each case.
• Instruct anesthesia students as a clinical instructor.
