Job summary

Avera Queen of Peace is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia care across procedures in a hospital setting. You will assess patients pre-operatively, develop care plans, and support the anesthesia team through induction, maintenance, and emergence.

This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $50,000, a multidisciplinary team environment, ongoing mentorship, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as CRNA in the state of practice.
• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
• NBCRNA certification active upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operative patient assessment.
• Determine plan of care and communicate to patient/family.
• Establish and maintain venous access and airway.
• Induct anesthesia and monitor; complete emergence.
• Transfer care to appropriate staff at end of procedure.
• Perform post-operative follow-up for each case.
