Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a qualified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join the anesthesia care team. The role involves administering intravenous and other anesthetics, monitoring patients during and after procedures, and submitting postoperative reports in line with KP policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Graduate of an accredited school of anesthesia by date of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Administers and monitors anesthesia, including IV and other agents, during procedures.
• Reviews patient charts and preoperative data per policy.
• Documents anesthesia records and postoperative reports.
• Provides care outside the OR per policy and MD order.
• Communicates patient status and interventions to the team during and after anesthesia.
• Ensures patient safety and adheres to regulatory requirements.
