Job summary

UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical and diagnostic procedures, including cardio-thoracic cases. The role includes clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.

The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program and currently certified as an APN with CRNA specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing, with ACLS, BLS, and PALS credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Currently certified as Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with CRNA Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities
