Job summary

UAB Medicine in Alabama is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia under the direction of an anesthesiologist for diverse surgical and diagnostic procedures, including cardio-thoracic cases and cardiac catheterizations. The role also involves participation in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.

Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program, currently certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse with CRNA Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing, and ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
• APN with CRNA Specialty by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
