Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a CRNA to join our anesthesia team. This role offers competitive pay, robust benefits, and sign-on bonuses up to $100,000 with a four-year work commitment.

New compensation packages target the 90th percentile based on national data, include 40 days of annual vacation, tuition reimbursement, and generous retirement options (401(a) and 403(b)). We are building toward a full scope of anesthesia practice with flexible full- and part-time options and a culture

Qualifications

• Delineation by clinical privileges informs essential functions.
• Collect, review, and evaluate data pertinent to patient history and planned procedure.
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Prepare and administer medications and fluids following safe practice standards.
• Monitor airway, depth of anesthesia, fluids status, and physiologic response for patient safety.
• Complete required documentation: surgical safety checklist, pre-operative assessment, intra-operative record, transfer-of-care note.
• Logs incident reporting in the Safety Portal.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide CRNA services as assigned within scope of privileges.
• Participate in perioperative care planning and patient assessment.
• Ensure patient safety through vigilant monitoring and preparedness for emergencies.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and perioperative records.
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams for optimal outcomes.
