WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a System Lead to own the WEST360 strategy and roadmap, partnering with the Applications team to design and implement enhancements. You will use data to inform decisions and drive member growth through system capabilities.

The role emphasizes technical and interpersonal communication, with a focus on improving the member journey and delivering impactful system innovations within a trusted financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with CRM and core financial systems.
• Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the WEST360 System strategy and roadmap and drive ongoing execution.
• Serve as Primary System Expert and Business Lead.
• Partner cross-functionally on system enhancements with the Applications team.
• Leverage data to drive insights and decisions.
• Advance member growth and relationships by deepening system capabilities.
• Enhance the member experience through system innovation and improvements.
