Job summary

Incyte seeks a Sr. Director, CRM / Commercial Apps Lead to own the CRM operating model across Oncology, Dermatology, Immunology, and Inflammation.

You will lead the US transition to a single, future-state CRM (Veeva Vault CRM) and align with global efforts, while guiding data migration, integrations, governance, adoption, and change management. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in pharma/biotech/commercial ops.
Extensive CRM implementation and management experience.
Experience with Veeva Vault CRM or similar large CRM migration.
Proven leadership; experience managing a matrix team.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition to a single, future-state CRM (Veeva Vault CRM) across US P&Ls and Centers of Excellence.
Own roadmap, data migration, integrations, readiness, adoption, and change management; partner with global CRM transformation.
Oversee systems integration work with the chosen partner and ensure delivery quality, scope, and budget.
Manage CRM and business applications (Veeva CRM/Vault CRM, OCE, RTE, CLM, Veeva Link)
Drive AI/analytics within the Veeva ecosystem and ensure governance and data privacy (HIPAA).
