Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Director, CRM / Commercial Apps Lead to oversee the US transition to a single Veeva Vault CRM platform and align with global efforts. This role ensures data integrity, platform adoption, and continuous enhancements across P&Ls and Centers of Excellence.

You will manage migrations, design solutions, integrations, and vendor oversight, while driving AI and analytics within Veeva to improve field productivity and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/commercial ops with CRM management.
• Experience leading large-scale CRM migrations in global or matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM migration project, design, integrations, and user support.
• Partner with global teams for alignment and oversee system vendors.
• Drive AI and analytics integration within Veeva ecosystem to boost field productivity.
