Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Manager, CRM Operations and Enablement to join a new team focusing on the strategy, governance, and operational framework for email and SMS across Signet brands. You will partner with IT, MarTech, CRM brand teams, and external vendors to align initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing focusing on Email and SMS
• Experience working in CRM, marketing operations, and/or digital marketing strategy at scale
• Experience cross-functionally improving CRM strategy, operations, and execution; retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned projects and daily activities that adopt the CRM strategy, governance routines, and best-practice standards guiding CRM across Signet brands.
• Provide strategic guidance, shared learnings, performance insights, and operational support to improve consistency, personalization, segmentation, journey development, testing, and channel effectiveness across brands.
• Advise on executional feasibility during campaign strategy planning and input to strategy for each campaign’s audience and goals; own briefs, distribution, and feedback as needed.
• Work with IT, MarTech, and vendors; represent CRM needs in technology, data, integration, and vendor discussions.
• Monitor performance and provide insights into strategic direction and guidance based on results.
• Lead timelines, briefs, and launches for emails across multiple brands
