Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Manager of CRM Operations and Enablement to lead the strategy, governance, and execution framework for CRM across multiple brands. You will work closely with IT, MarTech, and vendor partners to ensure best practices, list hygiene, and channel compliance while driving opportunities with AI and new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, technology, analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with focus on Email and SMS.
• Experience in CRM, marketing operations, and/or digital marketing strategy at scale.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM strategy and governance across Signet brands for email and SMS programs.
• Provide insights to improve personalization, segmentation, and journey development.
• Oversee campaign strategy feasibility, briefs, distribution, and QA for campaigns.
• Collaborate with IT, MarTech, and vendors; represent CRM needs in tech discussions.
• Monitor performance and guide strategic direction based on results.
