Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of professional CRM experience with at least three (3) in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and change management.
• Ability to design and track KPIs for CRM initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, Marketing, Quality, Product Management, and other groups to design and implement CRM solutions.
• Own the vision and roadmap for CRM strategy and align with business objectives.
• Design training and change management initiatives to enable adoption and data integrity.
• Manage a team of direct and indirect reports delivering CRM solutions and support.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics and report to senior leadership.
