Drive adoption, align CRM to growth objectives, and oversee enterprise rollout across divisions.

You will manage deployments, data migration, testing, and training while leading internal teams and coordinating with vendors to ensure reliable CRM operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with enterprise business applications.
• 5+ years leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap and long-term vision for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related customer engagement technologies.
• Lead deployment of Dynamics CRM across multiple divisions and ensure adoption.
• Partner with executive leadership to align CRM with growth and customer experience strategy.
• Oversee implementation planning, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Lead teams and manage external consultants, partners, and vendors.
