Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a Director of Customer Relationship Management to lead the CRM and data strategy for a store-led omnichannel retail organization in our Hilliard, OH home office. This role drives customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value using Bloomreach and personalization across website, email, SMS, and in-store channels.

The leader will partner with Stores, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, E‑commerce, IT, and Analytics to deliver a seamless customer experience and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–12+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer experience in omnichannel/retail.
• 3–5+ years of people management experience.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, POS, membership programs, and customer data platforms (Bloomreach).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead omnichannel CRM strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and retention across stores and digital channels.
• Manage customer lifecycle from acquisition to reactivation and loyalty.
• Partner with analytics to measure behavior and performance across journeys.
• Lead CRM and data platform governance, segmentation, and data hygiene.
• Collaborate with Stores, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, IT, Analytics, and Support.
