Job summary

Levain Bakery in New York City is seeking a CRM Specialist to own the day‑to‑day email and SMS program across DTC, Corporate, Catering and Cookie Club. You’ll build, QA, and ship campaigns in Klaviyo and keep lifecycle automations healthy.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will collaborate with design, copy, web, and operations to ensure timely, high‑quality execution and clear performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on email and/or SMS marketing at a DTC brand
• Experience shipping end-to-end campaigns from brief to post-send
• Ability to build audiences and segments from a brief
• Comfort with reporting, numbers, and clear explanations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns end to end in Klaviyo
• Maintain CRM marketing calendar and coordinate with design teams
• Draft copy and campaign briefs within brand voice
• Support campaigns across DTC, Corporate, Catering, and Subscriptions
• Own recurring CRM reporting and dashboard upkeep
• Lead testing roadmap and propose hypotheses
• Collaborate with content, design, development and web teams
• Manage calendar, briefing, deployment, and QA processes
