Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking a CX Service and Analytics Designer to enhance user experience across IT and enterprise technology. This hybrid role lets you work from home and the Dearborn worksite.

You will apply Design Thinking to guide engineering teams, design CX research programs, and translate data into actionable insights for Ford's global workforce. Requirements include a Master’s degree and several years of hands-on UX, data analytics, and research.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Information, UX Design, CS, Information Science/Studies, HCI with 3 years of related experience.
3 years of experience in UX design, data analysis and research with design thinking application.
Experience with interviews, usability tests, surveys and tools like Figma/Sketch/Miro/UserZoom.
Data visualization and storytelling using tools like Miro/Medallia/QlikSense/Qualtrics.
Stakeholder mapping, prioritization and strategy alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

Enhance user experience by advancing IT and enterprise technology features.
Apply Design Thinking to provide strategy direction to engineering teams.
Design and execute CX research programs to support Ford's workforce.
Propose, design, develop and run self-guided CX research and CX measurement systems.
Use data to advise decision making and drive actions across teams.
