Job summary

Funeral Directors Life in Abilene, TX is seeking a high-energy Sales Support Specialist to assist the Sales Executives and Marketing teams with lead generation, CRM coordination, and reporting. This role focuses on improving processes and ensuring data accuracy to help the sales team operate efficiently.

You will onboard agents into CRM platforms, create and maintain CRM views, and manage leads through the CRM system while collaborating with Funeral Homes and internal partners to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or coursework in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in sales support, administrative support, customer service, or related role preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Executive team, Active Sales Managers, and Sales Management with lead generation activities and CRM coordination.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports; support reporting and process improvement to enhance team efficiency.
• Onboard agents and users into CRM platforms and related sales tools; create and maintain CRM list views.
